Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. If the customer wishes to retrieve or replace the products purchased from the site, it shall be as follows:

 

The first case: 

After shipping and receiving without opening the parcel, you must:

  1. Contact us and communicate with us via the "Contact Us" page to express a desire to return / exchange products immediately after receipt.
  2. The site assigns a representative of a shipping company to go to the customer with a bill of lading to return the products.
  3. The site checks and inspects the returned products as soon as they are received by us.
  4. The site refunds the customer’s money in the same way of payment, minus the freight value and 1% of the total price as administrative expenses.

The second case: 

After receiving and opening the parcel without using the products, with the products being valid and free from defects, the following must:

  1. Follow the same previous steps
  2. The site refunds the client's money in the same way of payment, minus the shipping value and 2% of the total price as administrative expenses.

The third case: 

After receiving, opening the parcel, and having damage or breakage in the products, you must:

  1. Follow the previous steps
  2. The site refunds the customer’s money in the same way as the payment without deducting any amounts for that, along with refunding the value of the first shipment of products.

Fourth case: 

After receipt, use, and the appearance of manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of purchase:

  1. Follow the previous steps
  2. The matter is dealt with in the following stages and steps:
  3. The customer communicates with the authorized agent to obtain a technical report on the existence of manufacturing defects that shall be attached to the products when shipped to us by the aforementioned methods, and the customer's money is refunded without any deduction or replacement of the products without a new shipping cost on the customer's responsibility.
  4. Or, the customer previously returns the products, provided that the site addresses the approved agent directly to find out the reasons for the failure and take the necessary actions regarding that within not less than 15 days.
  5. If the products are with Miami Center guarantee:
  6. The customer ships the products by the aforementioned methods so that the site checks the products within the specialized maintenance center at Miami Center to take the necessary action within no more than 7 days. Bearing in mind that the customer can communicate directly with the Miami Center Customer Service Center located on Iskandar Ibrahim Street - Alexandria - in the previous cases. It is noted that the terms of the warranty will not apply in all cases to defects resulting from misuse and use caused by the customer under Law No. 67 of 2006 regarding the issuance of the Consumer Protection Law in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt. And that in the event of a dispute about the cause of the defects in the products sold, their conformity with the specifications or their purpose, the whole matter shall be referred to the Consumer Protection Agency to issue a binding decision on the case.

Fifth case: 

After receipt, use and malfunctions 30 days after the date of purchase, you must:

  • The first case: products with the guarantee of the approved agent: The following stages and steps are dealt with:

  •  The customer communicates directly with the agent to make the necessary repairs.
  • The customer returns the products to the site by the aforementioned methods, provided that the site reviews the authorized agent to diagnose the malfunction, how to fix it, the value of the repair and inform the customer about it by electronic or telephone message, as well as the repair value at the special specialized maintenance center, taking into account that the repair is inside a special maintenance center without consulting the authorized agent The product comes out outside the agent’s warranty - the repair is done after the customer agrees on the cost of the repair, the product is shipped back to the customer, and the latter pays the repair price and the shipping cost.
  • The second case: the products with the guarantee of Miami Center: The following stages and steps are dealt with:
  • The customer returns the products by the aforementioned methods for the site to review the competent Miami Center maintenance center to find out the cause of the malfunction, the method of repairing it, and the cost of the repair. And it takes into account that the site gives the customer a one-month warranty for the spare part used in the repair.

Apple Product Exchange and Return Policy

Item No. 1: We are pleased to facilitate the replacement of your purchases within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, after reviewing the product within 5 days except for official holidays after communicating with Apple and approving that the defects associated with the customer's device are manufacturing defects and not misuse.

  • Misuse is in only two cases, which are: water entering the used device or shocks in the device, either otherwise it is under the item industry defects and accordingly the device is replaced within a specified period by the company

Item No. 2: Your purchase will be replaced or refunded within 30 days of the purchase date, Provided that your purchases are in their original condition /packaging, unused or used, and provide the basic purchase invoice for the price of the product to recover its value or exchange it, while the refund for the Apple product is at the price of the device on the redemption date and not the purchase price

In the event of price decreasing or increase, purchases made by bank card in the purchase process are returned in the same way.

Note: In case of purchasing from one of our branches, the exchange or refund will be made in the branch from which the purchase was made.
